How Much Does It Cost?

Like most Life Plan retirement communities, Heritage Community requires an upfront entrance fee (we call it a membership fee) and a monthly fee. Many residents choose to fund their entrance fee from the proceeds of the sale of their home. Monthly fees are based on the size of the residence selected and the number of occupants and, in most cases, the cost is comparable to, if not less than, that of living in your own home.

It’s important to us to have a range of options that fit a variety of budgets in retirement. Our four neighborhoods on campus – The Artisan and Ridge Creek, which offer independent living, and Hawthorn Landing and Meilland Square, which offer assisted living and memory mare – do just that.

Independent Living:

Entrance fees for The Artisan’s independent living apartments start at $128,698, with a second-person entrance fee starting at $26,910. Monthly fees range from $3,804 to $5,356, with a second-person monthly fee of $1,420.

Entrance fees for Ridge Creek independent living apartments start at $174,576, with a second-person entrance fee starting at $25,875. Monthly fees range from $4,206 to $5,717, with a second-person monthly fee of $1,470.

Assisted Living:

Meilland Square assisted living monthly fees start at $7,188.

Hawthorn Landing assisted living monthly fees start at $4,296.
