Heritage Community of Kalamazoo has consistently risen to meet the needs of seniors and their families in Michigan. With a focus on meeting each of our residents where they are in their journey, we provide programming designed to engage meaningfully with each resident. Part of that effort is providing a homelike, comfortable environment that ensures residents are respected, safe and involved in our community.
As part of our Memory Care expansion at Hawthorn Landing, we are renovating the third floor with resident needs in mind. Plans include:
- Unique wayfinding that features a variety of vibrant door colors.
- A dining space with table-side service just for residents in memory care.
- Additional amenities designed to enhance the dignity of residents.
