Join Mary Grace, from Unwindings, for a 15-minute complimentary Reiki session. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of therapy that uses a simple technique to improve the flor of life energy in a person. Reiki’s goal is to put balance back into the energy system, assisting the body in healing itself.
Reiki can help:
  • Increase relaxation
  • Increase emotional and spiritual balance
  • Reduce stress
  • Improve sleep
  • And much more!
A gentle hands-on approach or a no-touch option will be available.
Reiki sessions are open to all caregivers and their families.

Join Caitlyn Bodine, MM, MT-BC, for this special hour of engagement through music and music-making experiences. We’ll get to know one another, sing-along, let the music move us, and share stories and memories that the music brings up. Music selections will be guided by the interests and preferences of the group. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with your loved one in a unique way or just learn how music impacts us all.

Join Susan Mayer, LMT, VSTLCP, for an hour of relaxation through sound meditation.
We will experience how the sound and vibration of the various instruments help the mind and body move into a state of relaxation. This is a wonderful opportunity to sit in stillness while the mind and body are soothed by the beauty of sound.
Even when words fail, sound is able to touch a place within, bringing comfort to the mind and body.
RSVP is requested, but not required.
This is a COMPANION PROGRAM for caregivers and their loved ones to experience together and a CAREGIVER WELLNESS program for caregivers to experience independently.

We will talk about the properties of the parts of the plant that produce aroma, experience them through inhalation, and discuss using these aromas in products. Incorporating essential oils into your daily routine can be a valuable tool for supporting your wellness.
