Paul Barber joins Heritage Community of Kalamazoo as Vice President of Operations

Paul Barber

Heritage Community of Kalamazoo, a leader in nonprofit senior living in West Michigan, announced today the appointment of Paul Barber as Vice President of Operations (VPO). Barber joins Heritage Community of Kalamazoo from Trinity Health Senior Communities, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, where he was Regional Vice President of Operations. Barber brings with him an extensive background in Senior Services with accomplishments in colleague engagement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he has a strong analytical skill set, and proven success in leadership and team development.
