David Troxel, known world-wide for his writing and teachings in the field of Alzheimer's and the author of four books, visits Heritage Community of Kalamazoo on April 22, 2010.
His appearance coincided with the announcement of the plan for Amber Place, the 17-apartment unit for individuals with middle-stage dementia and Alzheimer's disease to be located at Director's Hall, one of the residential facilities at Heritage's 400-room, nonprofit senior living campus at 2400 Portage St.
