Gifts to the Staff Appreciation Fund ( also known as the Employee Holiday Fund) have become a tradition at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo, as a way to reward HCK’s dedicated employees for a job well done
It takes more than 400 people to provide around the clock services, seven days a week, 365 days a year throughout Heritage Community of Kalamazoo’s continuum of care. From the wait staff, housekeeping, nursing and maintenance to receptionists, laundry and accounting, Heritage Community is proud to have a staff which provides some of the finest service available.
The Staff Appreciation Fund is your opportunity to show your appreciation. As you may know, HCK employees never accept gift or gratuities. Gifts to the Staff Appreciation Fund is the appropriate way to show your gratitude. Gifts to the Fund are accepted throughout the year and then distributed equitably among staff members in December, just before the Holidays, based on full or part-time employment.
